Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any service provided by Meeravvali Mobile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Description of Services
Meeravvali Mobile provides communication enablement services including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp Business API integration
- RCS messaging enablement
- Message template creation and submission
- Automated workflows and notifications
- OTP, alerts, service updates, and promotional campaigns
- Dashboard access and analytics
All services are provided strictly in compliance with Meta Business Policies, Telecom regulations, and applicable Indian laws.
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal authority to represent your business
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with WhatsApp and RCS messaging policies
Meeravvali Mobile reserves the right to deny service to any user violating eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted through your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Send spam, misleading, or fraudulent messages
- Violate WhatsApp or RCS policies

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Users acknowledge that WhatsApp and RCS services are governed by third-party platforms. Meeravvali Mobile acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee message delivery.
Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Delivery depends on recipient consent, network availability, and platform approval. Users must ensure opt-in compliance.
Intellectual Property Rights
All platform software, trademarks, and documentation belong exclusively to Meeravvali Mobile. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information unless disclosure is required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
Meeravvali Mobile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding three months.
